The fragrance of bamboo leaves indicates the coming of the festival. When it comes to the Dragon Boat Festival, Zongzi, a traditional chinese rice pudding, and mung bean cakes are two indispensable elements. In order to celebrate the Festival, at 13:30 on June 5, 2019, HR dept. and labor union organized an activity of hand making mung bean cakes.
Firstly Ms.Huang, an experienced gourmet gave a demonstration of making mung bean cakes, and taught everyone how to make beautiful cakes according to the process. Everyone is attracted by butter flavor and her beautical bean cakes. Then colleagues devided the work and cooperated with each other. With the help of cake mold, knead, pinch, press, push..., delicate and delicious mung bean cakes“baked out”one by one!
